8c77 Terms and Conditions

8c77 is an online gaming and betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 8c77 and the users of the platform ("Member" or "you").

Although these terms and conditions are prepared in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall be considered final in the event of any interpretive dispute. 8c77 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. Together, these form the complete agreement.

The following eligibility criteria must be met to open an account and use services on 8c77:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be an individual (natural person); accounts cannot be opened in the name of a corporate entity or organisation.
• You may have one and only one active account.
• All information provided at the time of account registration must be completely truthful and accurate.
• If online gaming activity is legally prohibited in your area, you are not eligible to use this platform.
• You may not operate an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password and login details confidential and never share them with any third party. If you believe unauthorised access to your account has occurred, contact us immediately via live chat.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

8c77 reserves the right to verify identity before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. In such cases, a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification may be requested. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of the KYC process.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the deposit
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed
• Bonus funds require the wagering requirement to be met before they can be withdrawn

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All account balances and transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT). 8c77 does not offer the facility to transact in any foreign currency.

8c77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These offers are subject to specific conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus and to withdraw winnings earned from the bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (wagering requirement: 15x).

5.2 General Terms for Bonus Use

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once the validity period expires
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while a bonus is active, unless specifically permitted
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met
• 8c77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and forfeit any associated winnings if bonus abuse is suspected
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household, same device, or same IP address are not permitted

5.3 VIP Programme

8c77's VIP programme has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier is possible through regular play. 8c77's decision on VIP tier determination and changes is final.

Slots, live casino, sports betting (including cricket, football, and various other sports), and other gaming products are available on the 8c77 platform. Each game's own rules apply.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

• The outcome of each game is entirely random and determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) or a live dealer
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, the round may be declared void and the bet will be refunded
• Winnings incorrectly displayed due to a technical error will not be considered valid
• Exploiting any bug or error in the game software for an advantage is strictly prohibited

6.2 Sports Betting

• The bet amount is deducted before the match begins
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet will be refunded
• Odds change rules apply separately for each market
• Attempting to win bets through match fixing or any other dishonest means is strictly prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8c77 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account and, where applicable, the forfeiture of deposited funds and winnings.

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits ("bonus abuse")
• Operating an account using false or another person's information
• Playing games using software or automation tools
• Attempting to access another member's account
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform
• Abusive or aggressive behaviour towards other members or 8c77 staff
• Sending advertisements or promotional messages on the platform

8c77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Account inactive for an extended period
• At the member's own request (voluntary or as part of responsible gaming)
• To comply with legal or regulatory requirements

Any valid balance in the member's account will be returned before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to bonus abuse or fraud. Members may also contact us at any time to request closure of their account.

• 8c77 is not responsible for any losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues

• The member is solely responsible for any unauthorized use of their account, unless negligence on the part of 8c77 is proven
• 8c77's maximum liability shall not in any case exceed the member's account balance at the time of the relevant dispute

8c77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of significant changes via email or platform notification.
